I got tired of the store-bought products giving me an allergic reaction, so I decided to start making my own sugar scrub! 🍯

🛁General recipe breakdown:
- 1 cup sugar + ½ cup oil = basic scrub
+ Add however many drops of essential oils you want!

Want it thicker/more coarse? Add more sugar!
Need it creamier? Add more oil!

I find it easier to mix the ingredients by adding them in slowly (you could just use a large bowl. I was lazy lol).

I like using 1/4 sweet almond oil + 1/4 honey in my sugar scrub, since I have very sensitive skin!

My knees have definitely been feeling 30 lately 😅. I’ve started using collagen powder in my morning coffee to help my joints, so that I can feel stronger and healthier 💪🏻. It does have a taste to it, but it isn’t that bad. I use lots of creamer anyways, so my coffee basically tastes like a marshmallow ☕️
