Street lamps at blue hour.

The first photo: One day I was going on a run during the evening and noticed these two lamps behind my house which looked quite pleasing. I knew I wanted to come back and shoot them during twilight, right when the gradient in the sky appears. This prompted me to attempt this composition on 3 times with different aperture settings.

The second photo: Quite honestly a snapshot, which I took simply because of the contrast between the colour of the sky and the artificial light from the windows and the street lamp in the middle.

I feel like Ektachrome is one amazing film stock, and yes, the addiction has surely begun. However, to be honest, these scans are nothing compared to the slides themselves which look amazing in person

Ever had a time when the setup you're using just works well? Like writing with a smooth pen on the left side of a notebook or driving a car that feels nimble to your input? That's exactly how I'd describe my time with this film stock in the middle of a sunny day.

Just really nice sunlight today during sunset
