So as you can see, the first picture is Judge Spataro and his wife donating to Vickie Becker's campaign fund in 2018. Why was this conflict of interest never reported to Gateway of Indiana? Then, he oversaw the exoneration proceedings for Iris Seabolt?? Remember, Vickie Becker was involved in the original 2004 case... Make this make sense.... Denying the publics interest into this case is disgusting and very telling.. City of Elkhart, Indiana - Municipal Government, do better. Your citizens deserve much much better from y'all
