My love for photography started as a young girl watching my grandfather snap photos. I remember the first time he let me use his camera, I was 10. I took a picture of him and still remember the feeling of pressing that shutter for the first time. I was inspired by him to take photos, capture moments, and memories that really only happen once in a lifetime. He's been gone for 15 years, but those on

ce in a lifetime moments live on in photos for which I am ever so grateful to have. To capture you in your element during a moment in your life and freeze time for an instant. So you have something to cherish, look back on, and relish in. For these are the moments that make memories and make lifetimes.

In light of this sweet little boy's arrival right around the corner, I've been reflecting on the journey Sarah and Brandon have had thus far, and what is yet to come. Sarah and Brandon are family, yes, but their hearts of gold are immediately known by anyone they encounter. Watching the love they share with each other, those around them, and this baby boy has been heartwarming to say the least.

We are beyond excited to watch you grow and learn through the journey of parenthood. There is so much love for this little one already-- we can't wait to meet you nephew!!

A good amount of my childhood memories involve this beautiful young woman. Those memories are filled with family, laughter, and lots of love. Which is exactly what I see for her and her husband to be. Watching Katrina and Brett grow as a couple throughout the years and being a part of their journey in such a special way has been a joy! The countryside, during golden hour... with a horse.... and a baby bump.. oh be still my heart!! I've known this family for a while, growing close as military families often do. I could not be more excited for them to welcome this baby boy on the way! We had so much fun canvasing this farm, and was sad to see the sun leave us because I was in heaven. Madi was such a great model, and is going to be a wonderful big sister! Congrats Rob and Lauren your family deserves all this happiness!

my oh my, this brand new baby boy made my day. Those teenie tiny fingers and toes, creamy baby skin, and that fresh baby scent! I think time stopped still for a moment while I just soaked in this new life in the world. Congrats Cam and Morgan; he's beautiful!
