Big city on big water leading to big shots out of small lenses.

​Chicago is full of creative opportunities with a camera, but you don't want to carry extra weight when trekking around town. My travel power duo is a pair of compact Tamron Americas G2 lenses paired with the Sony A7V. The 16-30mm is perfect for those essential wide captures of massive buildings, and the 25-200mm steps in when you need more reach. And don't forget to pack a 67mm ND filter.

​These are a few of my favorite images taken in and around The Loop during a quick day and a half photo adventure.
