- So yesterday I decided to do a video of a Chicago listing that I photographed . If you know me , you know I’m scared of heights & also really scared of elevators .

Well , this elevator was one of the fastest ones I have ever been on ( not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing ) my stomach dropped & ears were popping once I got to the 50th floor . While we were going up in the elevator I think I had a little mini panic attack & was about to start hitting random buttons which I’m glad I didn’t 🤣

I’m debating if I want to upload this whole videos or not because it’s honestly just a video of me complaining about the whole day 🤣

But if you need a laugh , here you go . There is a lot more to this video as well , but just had to share what I was going through yesterday . First it was I’m going to the 38th floor then that turned into the 60th floor to get on the roof top . What a day 😅

I love busy days

- I been doing real estate photography for 13 years already . I have honestly loved every moment about it .

In 2021 I got into an accident . I was on my way to work & a semi blew a stop sign & I t-boned it .

I messed up my rotator cuff , broke my ankle , bruised my ribs & had air bag burns all over me .

I was in physical therapy for a whole year learning how to use my left arm & build back the muscle .

At that time , my job Euclid Chemical let me go because I would not be able to lift the minimum weight that they wanted me to .

I work for just over 4 years , this job really proved to me that I am just another person working for them - they don’t care about me . They replaced me faster than getting rid of me .

In 2022 I went full time with real estate photography & I’m living better then what I was when I was working at Euclid Chemical .

Through 2021 - 2022 I had my own problems . Broke because my job stopped paying me because I reached the limit of off time with pay . I lived a whole year not being able to use my left hard which was hard . I was scared to get in a car for a couple months after my accident .

I was broke , I felt hopeless , I had some of the worst pain ever , literally felt like I was going to loose everything . My family stuck by my side , which I was grateful for .

Moral of the story , when you get knocked down - get back up & keep going . The best part was , most of my clients stuck with me until I got better 🫶🏼
