We want to take a moment to say that we will not be entertaining any negativity during this time. Instead, we want to focus on the overwhelming support and kindness our community has shown us.

We would like to send a huge THANK YOU to every single person who came out and supported our plate sale today. Because of all of you, we are now over halfway to our goal! We truly cannot express how much your support means to us while we work through this difficult situation.

We honestly never realized how many people cared until today, and you all proved us wrong in the best way possible. Our community continues to come together to help those in need, and for that we are beyond grateful.

We will still be having our Burger Benefit Sale tomorrow, Saturday, June 13th, starting at 12:00 PM and continuing until sold out.

Again, thank you all so much from the bottom of the Shelley’s family’s hearts. Your support, prayers, shares, and encouragement mean more than words can say. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing community standing behind us.

Important Announcement

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Shelley’s will be closed until further notice.

Unfortunately, the Comptroller’s Office had to revoke our license due to an issue involving the POS system company, Kake. The system was set up on a payment plan that was supposed to be forwarded to the Comptroller, but we recently learned those payments were not being made as expected.

The Comptroller has given us two options: pay the remaining balance of $9,450 in full or remain closed.

We never imagined we would be in this position, but we are humbly asking for help from our community. If you are able to contribute, no matter the amount, it would mean the world to us and help us get Shelley’s back up and running. If you are unable to donate, simply sharing this post would be greatly appreciated.

We are incredibly grateful for all of the love and support you have shown us over the years. Thank you for standing by us during this difficult time. We hope to be serving our wonderful customers again soon.
