Hakuna Matata...It's Friday! ☀️

And while we are heading into the weekend, our teachers and directors are busy getting ready for an incredible summer of creativity, friendship, and so much fun.

Behind the scenes, we are planning activities, reviewing scripts, preparing materials, and counting down the days until our campers arrive. In just over ONE WEEK our camps will be filled with music, laughter, imagination, and so many unforgettable memories.

Summer camp is almost here, and we could not be more excited!

There is something so powerful about having a teacher who believes in you 💖

At PAW, our teachers do so much more than teach...they encourage nervous campers to take a chance, celebrate small victories, help build confidence, and remind children that they are capable of so much more than they realize.

Sometimes it's a high five after trying something new. Sometimes it's a few words of encouragement at just the right moment. Those little moments of support can make a big difference.

With a passion for helping young performers grow both on and off the stage, Ms. Alice loves creating an environment where campers feel supported and safe to take risks and try new things. Whether your child arrives with years of experience, or is stepping into the arts for the very first time, Ms. Alice believes that every student deserves a chance to shine.

This summer, our Richmond Street campers can look forward to learning from a director who brings enthusiasm, encouragement, creativity, and a genuine love for helping young performers discover what they're capable of!

🎭 “I LOVE THIS CAMP A LOT!”
A PAW Summer Camp Story by Zoe, age 10 💙

From Dobby's flying elf ears to playing PT Barnum, Zoe has made memories she'll never forget at PAW! 🎭✨

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

I love this camp a lot! I've been going to PAW for two years, and I've loved every minute of it. I was in the Harry Potter play, and then I performed in The Greatest Show on Earth. I would love to be part of Hip Hop Hamilton someday, too!

One of my favorite memories happened when I played Dobby. I had to wear fake elf ears, and they were a little loose. At the end of the show, I had to do a somersault. When I flipped, my ears flew right off…not my real ears, just the fake ones! It was so funny. After my line, I picked them up and handed them to my friend in the audience.

That's just one of the many fun memories I've made at PAW. Last summer, I also got to play the first PT Barnum in The Greatest Show on Earth. Both roles were amazing!

I love playing games like Sandman and Robber, and I've enjoyed all the teachers, songs, dances, and scripts. One of my favorite things about PAW is getting ready for the show. I love dress rehearsals, practicing blocking and lines, and singing and dancing with my friends.

PAW is a great place for kids to learn acting, build confidence, and have fun. I hope I get to come back again next summer!
