A little “about me” but make it real. 😂

In case you’re new here:

• Hi, I’m Deanna, professional baby whisperer and part-time traffic cone victim.

• I will lay in dirt for the shot… and apparently trip over cones for the shot too. I can also trip on air. 😆

• Outdoor sessions are not always perfect, but we still make magic.

• I try not to “fix it in post” because editing already has me questioning everything for way too long.

• I’m great at connecting with kids and pets.

• I say “cute” approximately 400 times per session.

• Newborn sessions are baby-led around here. Babies are little people, and Pinterest does not run the session.

• I have dropped a cake smash cake before. Still recovering emotionally. (this happened years ago in my in home studio, don't worry I won't repeat this)

• My camera roll is mostly other people’s kids, my pets, and my garden. My own kids run from the camera unless it's planned.

• And no, your child does not need to be prepped to perform. Let them be them. That’s where the real magic is.

Why your photographer may not share your photos on social media (and it’s never personal):

• It has nothing to do with you — I love my clients and your images are beautiful.

• I forgot to upload the social media copy (I’m human… mom & business owner life is real). This is probably the most common reason.

• Too many favorites, I can’t think of a caption (decision paralysis 🙃).

• I’m behind or batching content — editing, galleries, life… I post in waves.

• Privacy & permissions — if you request privacy, it’s always respected.

• Social media is only a tiny part of my work — serving my clients always comes first.

Posting is not a reflection of how much I loved your session.

One chapter ends and another begins. I'm so proud of my baby. She has a heart of gold, she's beautiful inside and out, kind as can be and she just graduated high school! Congratulations to the WP Class of 2026! 💐🎉
