13 years ago a young 25 year old girl decided to follow her dream. Her friends and family pushed her for years that she could do it. So she did. And she did more in that 13 years than ever thought possible. She froze time. She captured memories. She made lifelong friends. She was there for the good, the bad and sometimes the ugly (moms with uncooperative children.. I feel you!). She still every session held her breath until that message “I LOVE MY PHOTOS!” came in… and she never would have imagined all that she accomplished.

Today this journey comes to an end. Crazy enough.. this journey started in Bryan/College Station.. and my last session was back there today. Now it’s time for me to focus on capturing and being present for my memories. With the man of my dreams and our precious baby boy. Thank you. Thank you for trusting me year after year. Thank you for letting me be there for your moments. Thank you for letting me live out my dream

12 years in business, 65 weddings, hundreds of photo sessions, hundreds of thousand pictures, watching so many clients lives change and grow over the years = Priceless.

I could have never imagined my little dream all those years ago growing to the business that it did. I have loved every second of it and will miss it. Yes, you heard that correctly.

Happiness is Life Photography will be closing as a business at the end of this year. I have thought about this a lot over the last year and it is time for me to enjoy my wonderful husband and our son that we have waited so long to have!

No... this doesn't mean I will not still capture photos here and there! (.. because I know I have some clients/friends that will hunt me down if I ever fully quit! lol) I will still be available to capture your memories if you send me a call, text or message!

I thank every one of you for trusting me to capture so many milestones. It warms my heart to know how many lives I have been able to capture, watch families grow, kids get older and more being born, having photos of loved ones that have a passed on for their families to have for memories and everything in-between. I love each and every one of you for making my dream come true

When an unexpected snow storm comes and you're just pregnant enough to take photos... you order a maternity gown just incase and get the once in a lifetime chance of maternity photos in Houston with SNOW! It wasn't much snow but enough to be able to cherish this sweet memory with our baby boy 💙❄️💙

Happy New Year!

I wanted to post an update as 2021 is going to be a little different for me photography wise... being pregnant and having a little boy coming is going to make for a very very limited schedule this year. I also am going to be booking less as I will want to be home with my family more! (I promise I will not be quitting fully... I have several regulars that would hunt me down! LOL)

The schedule below is the dates open for all of 2021. I am not going to be booking anymore weddings for this year. Openings may change depending on Little Mans arrival and Mamma's recovery!
