Waterfall elopements are the absolute best! S&K chose the waterfall at Oconee Station State Historic Site for their day, and it was so peaceful. Tucked away and a little off the beaten path, the only sounds were rushing water and nature all around them.

It was the perfect setting for two people who wanted their day to actually feel like them, and we are so here for it.

We spent the evening at Montaluce Winery with M&Z the other week and it may have become one of our new favorite spots to shoot at!

It was our first time there and honestly, it did not disappoint. The lighting, the venue and the vibes all flowed so perfectly.

We ended up filming a save the date video reel for them too (you'll be seeing that on our feed soon!) and after we delivered their photos and reel, we got the best kind of message from them:

"Hey Dylan & Esteban! We saw the photos & reel and oh my god absolutely loved it all!! Thank you guys so much and we feel like the pictures & reel absolutely captured who we are!!"

Being able to capture your true selves in your photos and videos is what we always aim to do. Not just photos and videos that look good but ones that actually feel like you! So grateful to M&Z for meeting us there 🫶🏼

A few months ago, E&G reached out and said something that has stuck with us ever since. They told us they aren't a very conventional couple, and that they could see we were aligned on some of the same values. Those words reminded us exactly why we built this business the way we did.

And then we got to Black Rock Mountain on their elopement day, and it all just made sense.
The skies were clear, a gentle breeze was rolling through, and their closest people were gathered right there with them to witness it all. We started up at the overlook, where the mountain views honestly feel like they go on forever, and then made our way down to the lake trail to slow down and just exist in that beautiful space together.

By the time the sun started to set, it was the kind of golden light that feels almost too good to be real.

Some days you drive home just feeling full. This was one of them.
