This is a field that wild hogs have torn up. They are digging up the planted clover, brassica and rye grass to eat tubulars a few inches+ in the ground. They will do this more times during the year creating holes that can easily be almost 2 feet deep. Try driving over those in a tractor or anything. Of course , they eat anything, including eggs, fawns, each other if one dies.
It's hard to see the destruction and depth from this picture. we've lost probably 2 acres of wildlife plots this year already...yes 2025!
Once again, I hate hogs, but I love bacon!
