‼️ EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ‼️
KPH Photography is making an important change regarding the way children’s images are shared publicly.
Moving forward, I will no longer post identifiable images of children publicly or use them for promotional purposes without careful consideration of their privacy and safety.
With the rapid advancement of AI technology, it has become increasingly easy for photographs to be copied, manipulated, altered, and misused. Recent cases involving the creation and distribution of sexually exploitative images of minors have also made me take a much harder look at the risks associated with publicly sharing children’s photographs.
As a photographer and, most importantly, someone who cares deeply about children’s safety, I am no longer comfortable taking that risk.
❤️ This does NOT mean I will stop photographing children.
I will continue photographing families, newborns, milestones, birthdays, seniors, and children of all ages. Your session will continue as normal, and you will still receive your complete gallery.
The difference is simple: your child’s identifiable images will not be publicly posted by KPH Photography for advertising, social media, or promotional purposes.
Could this decision affect my business? Possibly. And I’m okay with that.
At the end of the day, protecting children and respecting their privacy will always matter more to me than engagement, advertising, likes, or growing my social media presence.
I would rather make a decision that protects the families who trust me with their memories than take a risk simply for the sake of promoting my business.
Thank you for understanding, respecting this decision, and continuing to support KPH Photography. 🤍
Your memories are still yours. Your gallery is still yours. Your children’s privacy comes first.
