Don’t ever underestimate the power of breath and relaxation in birth! 🧘‍♀️
As they say, it’s practice that counts. Like with many things it’s 1% theory, and 99% practice that will make the difference when preparing for birth! Practice different breaths to make relaxation & breathing instinctive so when labor does come along this will be like second nature.
As contractions build up, start to release your breath through a loose lipped, open mouth as you need & exhale through powerful those sensations and contractions. 😌
You’ve got this mama and remember to relax when you can, you’re going to birth your baby 🫶🏼💋
