What a wierd weekend and its not over.
Started the weekend that could have been devastating had it startes in the middle of a heat wave. Followed by periods of moderate rain and a whole crap load of crashes and rock slides. However it kinda felt like the tropics as we were more than comfy in our summer clothes. Things will dry out FAST as we transition immediately into a heat wave.

Noooo !!!

Tucker Budzyn, one of the internet’s most beloved dogs, has sadly passed away after a brief battle with cancer. 💔🐾**

Tucker was born on May 3, 2018, and his human, Courtney, began sharing his life online shortly afterward. He quickly became a worldwide sensation, gaining millions of followers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Tucker was also named **Pet Influencer of the Year in 2021 and 2022**, becoming one of the most recognizable dogs on the internet.

In a heartbreaking video announcing his passing, Courtney said through tears:

Mckay park exacuated because people keep freaking driving through the scene. Stop trying ti drive by, firsy responders are not happy that multiple cars keep driving threw the scene and over their hose lay

Special needs School Bus HIT & RUN crash

SAN BERNARDINO
9-4-26 / 3 PM
837 9TH STREET

Authorities are on hunt for a suspect that crashed his blue sedan into a special needs school bus and immediately took foot bail.
There were several children on the bus along with several staff members all. The blue sedan slammed into the side of the bus damaging the door forcing the occupants to use the emergency doors to escape.
One female was detained at the scene and authorities are searching for the male driver.
Nonody was injured and the children were safely trasnported by their parents.
The investogation is ongoing.

Body found on side of I-10 to hwy 210
Freeway interchange
No details are known.
Witnesses reported a possible body on the side of the freeway late this morning. Initial assessment was that it may be maniquin dummy. However first responders co firmed a deceased human.
No other details are known as the investigation is on going

FATAL HIT AND RUN VEHICLE VS PEDESTRIAN

BIG BEAR / HIGHWAY 38 AND GREENWAY

7:15 AM / 8.31.26
The search is underway for a suspect that hit and killed a worker on highway 38 and greenway in big bear this morning.
The driver hit the victim at said location and immediately fled the scene.
First responders arrived onscene at around 7:15 and initiated CPR to the victim. Efforts to recesistate the victim were unsuccessful and the victim was pronounced dead.
Per chp CAD aka DISPATCH:
Witnesses reported seeing a grey toyota tundra with front end damage, and the driver was possibly a white adult female. Witness stated the driver was swerving and driving erraticallt.Driver fled the scene with a traffic cone stuck under the vehicle.
Authoritites have been searching for the suspect and vehicle through out the day and as of 2pm have been unsuccessful in locating.
