Happy Easter Everyone!

A Night in the Forest - This one's real close to where I live in Russell, Pennsylvania. The forest here is beautiful. It was a cool, clear night and the moon seemed to light up the entire forest. I think the red looking star might even be Mars. If I have any star gazers here, let me know.

Boaters Paradise - I've never owned a boat. But I've heard the 2 best days of a boat owners life is the day they buy it, and the day they sell it. It still doesn't mean I won't come hang out for the day on your boat. Pontoon boats, sail boats, speed boats, it doesn't matter to me, I'll always come drink a beer with ya on the water.

The Cove - This place is home to all kinds of sea life. I've swam with sea lions, dolphins, and even had a not so fun shark encounter in this cove. There's caves, kelp forests, and tons of sea grass for critters to hide in. It's just as beautiful beneath the waves as it is above.

Trouble Maker - This little terrorist decided it would be a good idea to climb directly over top a pile of sleeping sealions to reach a resting spot clear on the other side of the rocks. The chaos that followed soon after was hilarious to watch.

White Sands - White Sands National Monument in New Mexico is absolutely incredible. This park was used for years by the military as a missile testing range. It was just recently opened to the public within the last few years. I've seen my fair share of sand dunes but never any as snow white as these. It really looks and like you're driving through mounds of snow. Funny thing is, they sell sleds at the visitors center for you sled ride down these crazy looking dunes.

Desert Canyon - The desert is one of my favorite places to be. Here, the canyon floor twists and turns with hiking trails and old washes that used to have water flowing though them long ago. Sometimes in the spring after a few good days of rain, this place is blossoming with flowers during the desert bloom. If you're lucky you'll get to see it once a year or so.

Seaside Hideaway - This is one of the best spots in San Diego. You can snorkel, surf, kayak, and explore the sea caves in this area. You can even hike some of the best oceanside trails along seaside cliffs in the country. Somewhere along the trail is a hidden swingset for you to find. La Jolla, CA will always be a special place and I look forward to visiting every time I make it into California.

Watching Airplanes - Not sure if this is the same spot Gary Allan was singing about when he was watching airplanes but you definitely can't get much better than this. The 747's fly literally within a hundred feet overhead on final approach. You can feel the building shake when they fly over. I spent hours up here watching them land and take off.

16 Mile Hike - Me and my family hiked 16 miles round trip in the desert to get to catch this sunset. We started our day off parking at a Nudist Resort so we could hike to the tracks from there. (No naked bingo that day.) On our way back, we were lucky enough to be in the perfect place at the perfect time and were blessed with this image you see here. Couldn't have asked for a better day.
