📸 A little transparency from your photographer...
I absolutely love what I do. I don't look for reasons to cancel or reschedule sessions. If anything, I want to shoot every chance I get.

But lately, the number of reschedules has become overwhelming. Every time a session is moved, that date could have been booked by another family or couple. Then comes finding another date, confirming schedules all over again, and it adds up quickly.

Because of that, rescheduling fees will now be strictly enforced, unless it's weather-related or a true emergency.

Another thing... please trust your photographer.
If I tell you the lighting is poor, it's too overcast, or conditions aren't going to give you the quality you hired me for, I'm not trying to inconvenience you. I'm trying to protect your investment and my work.

I care deeply about every gallery I deliver. I don't want to hand over images that I know don't reflect my best work simply because the conditions weren't right. You deserve better than that, and honestly, so do I.

When you book with me, you're not just paying for someone to click a shutter. You're trusting my experience, my eye, and my judgment. Please allow me to do what you hired me to do.

There are two kinds of editing that make me excited.

The first is the timeless, true-to-life style you've come to know from my family and lifestyle sessions. Those moments deserve to feel honest, warm, and something you'll still love decades from now.

The second? The kind that lets me disappear into a story.

This little creative project gave me permission to step outside my usual lane, experiment with mood, light, color, and emotion, and remind myself that growing as an artist sometimes means creating something simply because it sparks your imagination.

Don't worry... my family and lifestyle sessions aren't changing. 🤍 Those will always be edited with the timeless look that defines Ivie Blooms Photography.

But every now and then, I need to wander through a different creative forest, try a new brushstroke, and come back with fresh inspiration.

Art grows when we let ourselves play.

✨ Now Booking: Riverside Farms Water Swing Sessions! ✨

I am SO excited to finally offer sessions at the gorgeous Riverside Farms! 🌿💙

These sessions include:
💦 Beautiful photos on the iconic swing over the water
🌼 Gorgeous portraits in their stunning wildflower fields

These are perfect for:
• Senior portraits
• Maternity sessions

• Just because you deserve beautiful photos!

📅 Booking for late August through September
Saturdays are unavailable due to wedding season.

💲 Session Fee: $140
⏰ 25-minute session

Please note: Riverside Farms charges a $40 venue fee, which is paid directly to the venue and is the client's responsibility.

🎓 Seniors: If you're planning to use these as your senior photos, be sure to ask about my Senior Package! It's a much better value if you'd like multiple outfits, different locations, and cap and gown photos in the spring.

Meet my sidekick. 😂

This is my husband's nephew... but let's be honest, after almost 16 years in each others lives, I just claim him as my nephew.

Whenever he's able to tag along to a session, he's automatically promoted to Chief Veil Thrower, Dress Fluffer, Gear Carrier, Human Light Stand, and Professional "Do Whatever Brittany Needs". 😂

Seriously though, he'll do just about anything I ask without complaining, and my clients always end up loving him. He's not always able to come, but when he does, you better believe I've got him doing something crazy behind the scenes to help create the magic.

I couldn't ask for a better sidekick. Thanks for always jumping in and helping make these sessions even more fun. I sure do appreciate you around at Ivie Blooms Photography! ❤️
