“One should really use the camera as though tomorrow you’d be stricken blind.”

– Dorothea Lange

I began my journey through photography 6 years ago. I love life, nature, people and photographs. Photographs can force us to see the love, light and reality of things. The world is filled with wonderful experiences and events along with poverty, hatred, pollution, deception, etc. We cannot begin to help others or someone in particular, if we are not aware that this problem exists. I want to be a s

trong voice to help others. If something from my photographs captures the interest of my audience, and through that, causes something to be done about a disturbing situation then I have done my part to help someone cope with his or her situation. Photography has been my healing and biggest motivator to rebuild my life with my son. It has been our blessing. And both my son and I use it to bless others. On a very positive note if someone asks me to take part in their memorable experiences by asking me to take his or her photograph, that is a true honor as well. As a passionate freelance photographer and photojournalist I have created and continue to create inspirational and motivational photographs and multimedia pieces.

✨ So proud of my niece Jillian and her photo exhibition rooted in healing-centered engagement. Wonderful to see her soft approach with family. Her work beautifully demonstrates how photography can create connection, reflection, and family. 📸💛

Equally proud of my brother for supporting her dreams every step of the way. Watching family nurture creativity, confidence, and purpose is truly inspiring. 🌿✨

Here's to following your passion, telling meaningful stories, and having people who believe in you along the journey. ❤️

Grief doesn't have an expiration date, and healing doesn't follow a schedule. 💙 During National Bereaved Parents Awareness Month, we honor every parent navigating life after unimaginable loss. Whether through counseling, support groups, writing, art, or simply sharing your story, know that you don't have to walk this journey alone. 🕊️

💙 Share this to remind a bereaved parent they are seen and supported. Save this post as a gentle reminder that healing is personal, and every step forward matters.

Healing begins when we replace silence with support. 💚 This National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, let's work together to reduce stigma in communities of color and remind one another that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Those who shape the narrative often shape the outcome. At Ethical Narrative, we believe storytelling should be collaborative, transparent, and rooted in the voices of the people who live the experience. We don't just create content—we help people reclaim ownership of their stories.

✨ Grateful for the opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and celebrate at my MSW Alumni Event. 💙

Being surrounded by fellow social workers was a powerful reminder of our shared commitment to healing, advocacy, and creating meaningful change in our communities. Together, we continue to learn, grow, and make an impact. 🌿

A story is never "just a story." It shapes understanding, drives action, and influences communities. That's why our work starts with respect, consent, and collaboration. Ethical storytelling isn't a trend—it's a responsibility.

A time to challenge the stigma that too often keeps men silent about their struggles.

Mental wellness isn't a sign of weakness. Seeking help, expressing emotions, asking for support, and prioritizing healing are acts of courage. By creating space for honest conversations, we can support su***de prevention, encourage healthy coping skills, strengthen fatherhood and family relationships, and help men and boys thrive in their mental health journeys.

Every story shared has the power to remind someone that they are not alone. Together, we can build communities where vulnerability is welcomed, support is accessible, and recovery is possible.

💙 Let's continue creating spaces where men feel seen, heard, and supported.
