Black and white details are always tugging on my heart strings!

I am currently finishing up final details on this stunning day to send off home next week. I always get such a rush of excitement before sending off a wedding gallery knowing that, that couple is about to reminisce on their most meaningful and special day. I want all my couples to look at their photos and feel the same emotions they were feeling in that exact moment. To let the belly laughs, happy tears, and pure joy pour in all over again!

On your wedding day my priority and purpose is to capture the meaning behind each and every photo I take. To not go in with a mindset of taking only “atheistically pleasing” photos- because if there is no meaning behind that imagine it is only a pretty photo. But with pulling in the genuine emotion whether it is pure excitement after you say “I do”, tears of joy during your first look, the feeling of your heart racing before walking down the aisle, or the love your mother is radiating while watching her child start forever with their special person. That is what I am here to capture, and capsulate for you to cherish and look back on for generations to come. These are your precious heirlooms that we will leave for our children and grandchildren one day!

Currently landing in SoCal for a dreamy engagement session in Malibu this evening!

Today will be my last day of “work” before taking time off for my own wedding and honeymoon🥹 I will still be on my computer until Tuesday the 11th, and then I will be taking time off. I will be out of office from April 11th-27th. I am so excited to enjoy some time away with my husband, celebrating us both with all our favorite people!!

I wanted to reintroduce myself, as it has been awhile since I’ve done so and there are lots of new faces here!

I’m Tay- the gal behind the camera! I’m based out of Sacramento, Ca where I live with my husband and our two kitties. I have been serving the wedding community for four years- and I couldn’t imagine my life any other way! I’m an extroverted, tequila loving, bulldog obsessed, summer girl at heart with a deep love for new places and faces.

I am inspired most by classical art, European architecture and luminous images. I strive to work with couples that have a defined aesthetic and wish for the story telling of their own genuine moments. Creating is my absolute passion, and I strive to capture moments that are candid, heartfelt and authentic to your love story to relieve time, and time again. However that make look for your unique love!
