Introducing ✨BOLD BELLY: The Pregnancy Experience ✨

I have teamed up with the incredible Dr Sohn from Confident Pelvic Rehab for a fun, educational workshop where you’ll learn how to support your pelvic floor, prevent common issues like back pain and leaking, and build a deeper relationship with your belly and body.

Join us for a 2.5 hour experience that blends pelvic floor education, body confidence, and a little magic for pregnant mamas who want more than “just get through pregnancy.”

You’ll leave with practical tools, a special take home photo, and a few surprises designed to make you feel seen, celebrated, and powerful in your pregnancy ✨
