Who would have thought that more than 15 years ago, enrolling my babies into Sacha’s preschool would be the beginning of a lifelong friendship? She helped me navigate raising a very difficult child, she taught me about standing up for myself, she shared her fire for life with me at a time when I was coming to terms with having clinical depression.

Sacha, you are GORGEOUS!! You are POWERFUL! You are a LIGHT to so many! You deserve to be seen, to be photographed, to be cherished!

Happy birthday my dear friend! Can’t wait to celebrate you at our Over 40 Gala!😍❤️

Mom of two, medical doctor, sister, aunt, daughter, wife, friend…Angie has so many stories to tell and I’m so lucky to have been a small part of them as we’ve been friends since high school. ❤️

It makes my heart so full to be able to share this Over 40 Experience with so many people I love! Helping them see the beauty I’ve always seen is such a precious experience!

What is the thing/situation/thought pattern that binds you? We are all held captive at one point or another by something.

I have found that often it is the way we think that binds us the most securely - making us believe life is happening TO us, and we are powerless to break free.

Part of my entrepreneurial journey has been reading tons of books about our thoughts and how they shape our reality. I have learned that life is happening FOR us, and we have the power to change our reality.

Discover what is truly holding you back, and cut those bonds! Begin creating a new reality and walk towards the life YOU want!❤️

How many times have I heard, “I don’t need pictures of just me, let’s get some of the kids, the family, but not just me.”? (Hint: too many to count!)

Why?!?!?! Ladies, why do we think we’re not worthy of existing in beautiful photographs?!?! Let’s say for some reason you truly have zero desire to see yourself in a beautiful photograph. What about your kids?? One day you will be gone and they’ll turn to photos to keep you close to them…what will they find?? A few blurry phone pics as you try to hide from the camera??

STOP HIDING!!! Stand tall and have the courage to create art your family will treasure for generations after your gone! And guess what?? As a bonus side effect, you just might feel a little stronger for going through the experience.

YOU are worthy! YOU belong! YOU need to be seen!❤️❤️❤️
