Fall is proof that change can be beautiful🤎⬇️

Sometimes if we’re not careful, we think that everything has to be “picture perfect” before booking a session so that you have PERFECT pictures to post on social media or to put on christmas cards, when in reality, those photos are meant to capture you and the people you love at this moment in time.
Even on days you don’t feel your best or life feels chaotic, life is still beautiful. Life is always evolving, and every moment is precious.

Don’t wait for the perfect circumstances or the until you reach the “perfect weight” to get pictures taken. We can be our worst critics, but give yourself grace today and appreciate exactly where you are. Your spouse, your kids, your friends, they love YOU as you are right now. God loves you so much right now. So book the session. Capture the life you’ve been blessed to live, not because you want pictures to post, but because now is a beautiful time in your life to never forget🤍🤍

i love when the photos are about the wedding, and the wedding isn’t about the photos. i believe in candid + documentary all the way!! that doesn’t mean you can’t have posed and styled moments, it just means your day is real.

The fall hustle has officially set in and it’s been great so far! I have a couple more weddings to get edited/delivered and so many shoots in the next few weeks🥰 You can’t beat the fall colors! after taking some time away to slow down, get married + and move to southern wv, i am back and excited to share so many pictures with you!!! this is one of my favorite sessions ever in the beautiful mountains of west virginia (who won against pitt yesterday - go mountaineers!)
