Somewhere buried deep inside those caramel candy eyes, was the moment I realized the love of my life had finally arrived. After years of searching for your sweet soul to drive by, all of a sudden it parked right next to my beating heart, and it was only then I came to understand what it felt like to be truly alive.
And now here we thrive, sweet love of mine, as you sit yourself there right down by my side. Your life’s story is now intertwined with mine. What I speak is pure truth, there’s no room for lies. All my ears crave to hear is your laughter, never your cries.
I promise to choose you for the rest of my life. And in all the lives that follow, I’ll choose you every time. I promise to forever prioritize what’s now finally mine. These days it’s become so easy to remember why I’m the luckiest guy.
My soul gets the honor of tasting the thoughts that flow inside the bountiful ocean that is your beautiful mind. Everyday I swim in it and soak up the sun that decides to hide, right there in the corners of your caramel candy eyes. I promise to make the world pay close attention to just how brightly they shine.
When you’re here with me, sweet love of mine, all is well, and all is fine. Our life is so grand on this ground upon which we stand. We’ll live here together, forever in the peace that fills this sweet, sweet land. Our secret garden, this sacred place, its where all the troubles of the world come to gather ‘round for a moment, only to be somehow so effortlessly erased.
Sometime long ago, the heavens assigned a name to this here place’s face—a face I rely on to hold all our moments and memories safe. They called it the land of milk and honey, a name filled with grace, and they knew it’d be a destination most lovers would spend their whole lives trying to chase.
It’s here we both shall live, and it’s here we may someday die. But when that day comes I know I’ll rest easy, and I’ll keep myself busy, eternally dreaming of you and those caramel candy eyes. In the meantime, I’ll do everything to prolong love’s natural high, and when that high comes crashing down, I’ll be able to say, “that was one hell of a ride.”

When we’re young, we often fantasize about the freedoms of adulthood, and when we’re grown, we tend to cling on for dear life to the memories of our carefree youth. Time passes both slowly and at light speed, a paradox that entirely depends on where you’re at in your own timeline and how much life you choose to fill your days with. As we age, the concept of time and the unknown of just how much left of it we have, forces us to try just a little bit harder to soak up as much of the present moment as we can, as tomorrow is never promised. Today is all we have. ⏰
In the Jewish faith, 13 years young somehow equates to “adulthood,” and Jewish teens take on that right of passage through Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. They learn to read and recite a portion of the holy Torah in front of friends, family, and rabbis, make an impactful speech that is unique to them, and they typically end the festivities with a big celebration where they dance the night away with all their loved ones and bid adieu to their childhood. ✡️
It feels like just yesterday I was reading my own Torah portion and counting down the hours until my pink-and-black-themed soirée that would be filled with all my friends bumping and grinding to early 2000s hip hop, indulging in an epic chocolate fountain, and taking endless photobooth pics that would document the day I was told I had indeed become an adult. 💖🖤
Looking back on the last 18 years that have unfolded after that beautiful day have me chuckling to myself over that notion, as adulting has taken on new meanings with each passing year. I wish I could tell my 13-year-old self what I know now—I think she’d be frankly stoked about the adventures and many lives I’ve lived and the immense amount of growth that has happened along the way. I also think having today’s wisdom could have saved her in many ways. But I know things have unfolded exactly the way they were meant to, and I find a great deal of comfort in that. 🙏🏻

📣 The best version of yourself is the one that’s unapologetically you. The you that is pure authenticity, with an energy so contagious others can’t help but follow suit. Now how do we turn that version of you into the perfect headshot that represents your brand?
At the end of the day, you’re trying to evoke a feeling in the hearts and minds of your audience. You’re trying to sell them an experience, and before that happens, you have to sell your audience on YOU. You want to not only grab their attention, but leave them wanting more and feeling connected to what it is you’re putting out into the world.

✨ What environment matches your aesthetic and makes you feel the most inspired, and what vibe are you trying to portray?
✨ What wardrobe, hairstyle, accessories and makeup, or lackthereof, showcases your personality, style and confidence the most?
Once these questions are answered, it becomes quite easy to achieve the perfect headshot. My goal is to make you stand out from your competition and look approachable, trustworthy, and passionate about what you do.
