Yes! Although I haven’t been actively posting, I’m still here—and still scheduling!

If you’re a long-term client, you may notice a few changes to pricing and availability. I’ve moved to a more consolidated schedule for families, seniors, and extended family sessions, allowing me to better serve my clients while keeping my schedule manageable.

I've had a number of inquiries about family sessions, so I've decided to host a Summer Mini Session Day!

These sessions are for immediate families only.

I've had a number of requests for family sessions this summer. While I'd love to meet each of you at your own special locations, summer schedules can make that challenging. The upside? It's the perfect opportunity for Summer Mini Sessions!

Not a summer photo person? I'll also be offering fall family sessions on October 10, with October 11 reserved as a backup weather date.

Summer Mini Session Details

Date: June 27 (morning sessions)
Weather Backup Date: June 28

To reserve a session, I do ask that you're available on both dates. These sessions are designed for individual families only; extended family sessions will not be available during this mini-session event.

Location: TBD
(Minneapolis Pride is taking place that weekend, so I'm finalizing a location that will help us avoid heavier traffic around the cities.)

Session Length: Approximately 20 minutes
Investment: $325

When doing a location scouting becomes a full family affair…the “adventure” for the day. We tried to wait for the sunshine to appear to check true lighting, but could only wait so long. Good thing we were prepared!

It’s been a while since I’ve shared recent work here or updated my website (alright, alright, I’ll get to that soon). Often, I take photos that don’t get published or printed until weeks or even months later, and I can’t share them as quickly as I’d love. Other times, I’ll get a quick call asking if I’m free and up for an assignment that will be published that same month.

It definitely helps when clients share the work online, which was the case here. This portrait was a fun one to highlight. I had the chance to get out of the city a bit and photograph Corey Scott for the Carlson Executive Education, University of Minnesota. Grateful for opportunities like this that bring together storytelling and collaboration.
