A Salem MA icon has closed after 74 years of serving ice cream to residents and tourists alike at it's Boston Street location. First opened in 1951, Dairy Witch became a seasonal treat for all who waited in line on those warm summer evenings. Farewell Dairy Witch and thank you for 74 years of your wonderful ice cream. Salem is just a bit sadder now without you.
