Sweet maternity sessions like this are always so special. 🤎

A cozy morning, story time with the girls, and a new baby on the way. I absolutely love this family and feel so lucky to document seasons like this for them.

The beautiful thing about maternity sessions is they can look however you want them to. Whether that’s a powerful moment in a flowing dress with maybe a horse, or quiet, everyday moments like this with your family.

The “MJV Spring Wildflower Sessions” are officially LIVE and I’m so excited about these!

This year, I’m intentionally focusing on special curated themed photo experiences, with many opportunities scheduled throughout the year- this is just the first!

This year my spring wildflower sessions will take place in the prettiest camas bloom field surrounded by oak trees creating the dreamiest spring backdrop.

Spots are limited (and I won’t be adding extra times once they’re full). These sessions are perfect for mamas and her littles, families, couples, and more!

And this is just the beginning!

A Little Update for 2026 🤍

As my girls grow, I’ve been thoughtfully shaping how I want my business to feel — for my family and for the clients I serve and feel some changes are needed.

This year, I am intentionally building out fun curated photo session days throughout the year.

These special photo days allow me to:
• Be fully present at home by spending less time away
• Serve more clients in a structured, joyful way
• Create really fun, creative experiences
• Offer beautiful locations at accessible price points

Outside of these curated mini session days, I’ll be taking on a limited number of weddings and full sessions. My focus will be on my motherhood packages (maternity and newborn) and my couples. This allows me to give each client my full energy and a balance I need.

Weddings remain a deep priority of mine. To better serve my couples and honor the incredible creative team I’m building, I’m creating a refined wedding-focused space — Magnolia June Co. — an intentional offshoot of my brand designed to offer a seamless, collaborative experience. More details to come.

It’s that magical time of year again and my Christmas Minis are here! These sessions have truly become one of my favorite photo offerings of the entire year. There’s something special about the way families slow down for a moment, snuggle close, and capture the warmth and joy that this season brings.

Join us Saturday November 8th (2025 just in case I need to point out the year 🤪) for 20 minute sessions, hot cocoa and yummy baked treats from my one of my favorite bakers!!

You will receive at least 15-20 photos back all before Thanksgiving!

This year’s setups include three beautiful scenes:

- a giant fir wreath & bench for timeless, classic portraits
- a mini Christmas tree for the kids to decorate
- a wide open field framed by Oregon pine trees — simple and stunning

Two brilliant engineers who built something even greater together- a life full of love. Surrounded by their Oregon friends and family, their wedding reception was the most beautiful blend of elegant details, heartfelt laughter, and joy that filled every corner of the garden. 🌿🤍

It was an honor to document this day that wasn’t just about them exchanging rings, but about celebrating everything they’ve already created together. Here’s to you two 🥂

✨Mr. & Mrs. Gutierrez ✨

High school sweethearts. Best friends. And now, officially husband and wife. 💍 August 8th, 2025 was the perfect reflection of who Sahilie & Adrian are. A day full of heritage, elegance, and so much love (both in the heart sense and their golden retriever named Love 🐾).

From papel picado adorning the reception space, to rings hidden for their guests to discover, to custom tequila shot glasses from Mexico that doubled as their seating chart… every detail felt intentional and true to them. A live string quartet set the most majestic tone for the ceremony, while a mariachi band welcomed guests with vibrant energy at the reception. Their wedding at Sage & Social, one of the most dreamiest rustic but high class venues, was one of my favorites to date!

I had the privilege of working alongside a stacked vendor team too! Officiant Jimmie bringing the vows, team Jacob energy and ring pops, of course! Hannah from Your Perfect Bridesmaid and her team truly deserve a round of applause for their coordination. The Bliss bar with their delicious drinks and Suavecito Entertainment with the beats and vibes. So much talent from some amazing vendors brought this wedding to life. And can we just take a moment for Sahilie’s talent? She MADE the wedding cake, the ceremony arch and signage herself 😍

This day was joy, tradition, and celebration wrapped into one. An absolute honor to witness and capture. Cheers to you two… and Love!!
