Hi everyone! It’s been about awhile since I have been active on here. I started grad school which has taken up most of my time, including my time for photography. A few weeks ago, I was inspired by Humans of New York to create my own project. I wanted to not only learn more about the people I knew, but also give them the opportunity to talk about something they may have not been asked about before. I came up with 32 questions, and each person picked their own number. I asked them to pick the location that we did the shoot, and I didn't tell them the question until I started shooting. Each shoot took under 15 minutes.

I called it Photo-therapy because by the end of it, it felt just like a therapy session. We laughed, we cried, and we learned more about each other by the end of it. I felt inspired and connected to each person afterwards, and I hope everyone else does too.

This is the first round of my project, and I definitely don't want it to be my last. If anyone is interested in participating in my next series of shoots, let me know!
