Want to see what 13 years of hard work, dedication, and never giving up looks like?!
Granted, I stared my newborn photography business back in 2013 when there were ZERO resources around. There was no one teaching newborn photography, newborn posing safety, or doing 1:1 mentoring. We only had a brand new website called pinterest, lol, that had some photos here and there of ideas, and a few random youtube videos to teach us how to wrap. And thats truly about all that was accessible.
We had to learn it all ourselves and really just do it the hardest way possible.
Now a days, there is hundreds of classes you can take and mentors galore, vendors, and even certifications! It’s a huge world, and so different from when I started. It would’ve taken me probably half the time to get to here had I started when there was more training accessible, but.. I think there’s a bit more satisfaction knowing that I did it the back breaking way lol. Every single baby was and still is, a teaching moment for me.
✨At this point I’ve photographed almost 1000 newborns! ✨
So assuming most of those sessions were approximately 3 hours long that would be close to a three thousand hours of on the job training. So when you carefully hand your darling baby over to me, I hope you can feel and sense those thousands of hours. I hope you feel at peace and at home, and get to enjoy watching me work with them.
