Yesterday was far more than a retirement sale.
Throughout the day, longtime customers, friends, fellow photographers, and people who have followed my work over the years stopped by to share stories, buy one last piece, and wish me well on the next chapter.
Some were among my very first customers. Others I’ve met along the way through festivals, workshops, social media, and photography. Many of you told me how much certain images meant to you or shared memories of where they now hang in your homes.
And of course I had hoped to sell some artwork.
What I didn’t expect was how meaningful it would be to reconnect with so many wonderful people.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, purchased a piece, shared a story, sent a message, or simply took the time to wish me well.
It was a wonderful ending to a chapter that has brought me far more friendships, experiences, and memories than I ever imagined.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
