Every session I say:
“Okay, this time I’m only taking exactly what I need.”

Meanwhile me 14 minutes in:
“Wait hold on… one more.”
“Okay but THIS lighting.”
“Actually run through that again.”
“STOP that was so cute.”

I honestly don’t even know what to say 🖤

Somehow, I was voted Best Family Photographer in North Carolina, and I’m still trying to process it.

I don’t know who nominated me, voted for me, shared my work, trusted me with your families, or spoke my name in rooms I wasn’t in... but thank you. Truly.

Photography has been such a huge part of my life for so many years, and getting to document the love, chaos, connection, milestones, and little in-between moments for so many incredible families is something I never take for granted.

The last year has been full of growth, change, rebuilding, dreaming bigger, and learning to trust myself again - both personally and professionally. This feels incredibly special during this season of my life.

So thank you for supporting my small business, cheering me on, bringing your babies to me year after year, recommending me to your friends, and allowing me to keep doing what I love most.
