An Important Update Regarding Client Privacy
The safety, privacy, and peace of mind of my clients and their families have always been extremely important to me. After careful consideration, I have made the decision to no longer share images of my clients’ children or family portrait sessions on social media or other public platforms.

This decision comes in light of recent legal developments involving AI-generated content depicting children, including a recent ruling by the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals concerning the private possession of AI-generated CSAM depicting fictional children. While this is a complex legal issue, it has caused me to take a closer look at how I share and protect images of the children and families I have the privilege of photographing.
Moving forward, I will be making several changes to how I deliver and market my work:

🤍 Family galleries and albums will be private and password-protected.
🤍 Images will be provided directly to the families they belong to and will not be publicly accessible.
🤍 I will no longer post family portrait sessions on social media.
🤍 I will no longer share images of clients’ children as part of my social media marketing, regardless of previously granted permission.

For families who have previously given me permission to share images of your children on social media, I have removed those images and will not be reposting them moving forward.

I understand that these changes may be different from how I have operated in the past, but I believe they are the right choice. I want every client and family I work with to feel confident that their privacy is respected and that their images are handled with the utmost care.

Thank you for your understanding, continued trust, and support as I make these changes to better protect the privacy and safety of the families I serve.

Just a little re-introduction!

My name is Ivey Berg. I am a SLC based photographer, with over 10 years of photography experience. I started doing photography when I was 16 years old, and knew right away that I loved capturing moments.

I am an outgoing, charismatic, and the most unserious person wrapped into one. I love to travel, snowboard, learn new things, and most of all I love photography. When I am not behind the camera, you’ll find me working my day job, spending time with family and friends, and catching up on my favorite TV shows.

My goal is to one day own my own photography gallery, travel the world capturing life’s precious moments, and building a place for clients and digital artist to come together to create something beautiful. I built IB Digital Arts with a vision in mind to provide access to every day people with digital artist. While IB Digital Arts is really just a small media company right now (photography, videography, and DJ services) I hope to build a brand that houses some of the best digital artist out there. Graphic designers, cinema photographers, web designers, etc.

I hope you’ll join me on my journey to build a brand that strives to give back to our community, build meaningful relationships, and provide you with the artist that can make your vision come to life!
