One day, she won’t fit against your chest like this. Her head won’t rest perfectly beneath your chin. Her fingers won’t curl instinctively into you, trusting without question that you are home.

There was a moment after becoming a mother when I realized something had quietly changed.

Not in my work, but in how I saw time.

The way they reach for you without hesitation.
The way an entire season can pass before you realize it’s already gone.

I began to understand that these photographs were never just about milestones. They were about preservation. Holding onto something that will never exist in quite the same way again.

Over the past few months, I’ve been quietly rebuilding my work with that understanding at the center of it. Not just offering sessions, but creating something more intentional. Something designed to document motherhood as a story, not isolated moments.

Along with this shift, I’ve been working behind the scenes on a complete website revamp to reflect this next chapter and the heart behind this work.

The Motherhood Legacy Collection will be launching alongside it.

Realized I never posted this little (or big) life update here. 🤭

In honor of 20 weeks I’d like to answer why I’ve been a bit quiet. First trimester was rough and I started a super fun full time position creating content with SANTA! 😍

So things have been a little crazy. But we’re so excited to welcome our little girl this spring. ♥️ Thank you to all who still follow along for my updates, both photography and not. You guys are awesome.
