Studio Policy Reminders 💚
As Wild Oaks & Rust Creative Portraits continues to grow, I want to take a moment to clarify a few studio policies that help ensure every client receives the experience they deserve.
📸 Children & Supervision
Children who are not participating in a session must remain under the supervision of the parent or guardian who brought them. My attention during a session must remain focused on my client, and I am unable to provide childcare or monitor children while photographing.
The studio contains professional equipment, props, furniture, animals, and outdoor sets that require respectful treatment for everyone's safety.
📸 Adult Sessions & Model Calls
Adult sessions, maternity sessions, senior sessions, specialty sessions, and model calls require my complete attention as well as the model's full focus. Frequent interruptions, distractions, or unsupervised children can impact the experience and final images for the client.
📸 Bo***ir Sessions
For the privacy, comfort, and professionalism of everyone involved, children are not permitted to attend bo***ir sessions.
Bo***ir sessions are designed to be a relaxed, empowering experience where clients can feel comfortable, confident, and fully present. To maintain that environment, clients should arrange childcare before their appointment if needed.
