So grateful for the opportunity to be featured in a magazine I’ve worked with since its inception & one I hold near and dear since it is where we live 🙏🏻❤️ Thank you Linda for the opportunity, and for trusting me as your photographer since the beginning & to Si Si for the incredible piece you wrote on us. You’re unbelievably talented and we are so lucky to have this to keep forever. This town, like Si Si wrote, “wears its history on its sleeve” and I sense that with every family I photograph here, young and old. There is a timelessness about San Juan Capistrano, and we just love to be apart of the magic that makes this town so unique. AND a big thank you to who took these beautiful photos of my family ❤️

A little update….

This photos sums up the last 6 months of my life. My heart has grown bigger and been filled to the brim with so much love and so many joyful moments (and many sleepless nights - back to back - somehow resulting in a huge sleep deficit that makes up the hardest yet most rewarding time of my life 🤪). Motherhood is… well… it is a lot. But it’s beautiful (and hard). Did I mention it’s hard? lol

I heard someone say recently “I love being a mom. I love working. I don’t love being a working mom”. Finding that balance is soooo tough. I love love love what I do… but there are just only so many hours in a day! Huge shoutout to all my working-mom clients and friends. You are amazing and killing it at something not everyone understands. I definitely didn’t until I got here.

Suffice to say, I have still been shooting a lot, but find no time to share any sessions here 😭 A huge thank you to all my loyal clients who have reached out for photos this season. I appreciate your loyalty more than you know and love watching your families grow.

I’ll share some recent work soon and give you a reprieve from photos of Marley… but probably only for a bit. I can’t help myself. 😉

Welcome to the world Marley Binyamin Lugassi 🌎♥️

It has been a whirlwind of a month… but we are in heaven with this lil guy! He arrived a bit early and has filled our hearts more than we ever imagined. We named him for the good vibes his name carries and after Zack’s father. 🥹
