"Secrets of the Lake" ABC 20/20
Tonight, Thursday May 4th - HULU tomorrow

Tonight "Secrets of the Lake" airs. I had the privilege to work on this with Scotty Osterman. I'm sure there were a few other crews, but we spent many days at Lake Mead in Nevada working on this program. Also thanks to Lupe Mejia, Don Hale and Rebecca Usnik (all doing their sound thing). This is an interesting show, not so much about climate change there like we did with Ginger Zee last summer, but about what the lake is revealing as it gets lower and lower. I was happy to work with a great team shooting this Diane Sawyer special. The first interview with Jeremy Renner after his snow plow accident. He is so lucky to be alive, all the right things happened after the accident and people were there to help. Plus his attitude is amazing. I hope you can watch on ABC Thursday night 10:00pm. I had the honor to be one of a few DP's for "Variety's Power of Women, the Changemakers" the last couple months. I shot interviews with Julieanne Moore, Halle Berry, Idina Menzel and Laverne Cox. Streaming the Cosplay stage at ComicCon LA this weekend! Using all Aputure lights, they are perfect for this. The Lobby where we are located is glass, so as the sun moves it’s easy to increase or dim the lights using the Sidus Link app. The 2 LS 600d Pro’s have plenty of output, even with the new Light Dome 150! We’re using Nova P300c’s for kicker/ back lights. We change the color when it’s appropriate for the costume guests are wearing! It’s works really well! Here for one more day!
