Trip to the Channel Islands was beautiful — even though I left with injured ankles (still healing!). Maybe that was life’s way of forcing me to slow down, to pause, and finally listen. To the quiet voice inside that’s been trying to speak through all the noise these past months.

It was asking for peace. For clarity. For self-love.

I haven’t touched ni****ne in a year and haven’t had alcohol in 3 months — and honestly, it’s been the best decision for my mind. I see things more clearly now. I recognize what and who was draining me and what and who was nourishing my soul.

Lately, I’ve felt like I’m standing between two versions of myself — the old one fully gone, and the new one still forming. I don’t know exactly who she is yet. But I’m ready to meet her. To build a life rooted in love, respect, and truth.

For so long, I’ve held space for others. Carried pain that wasn’t mine. But now it’s time to see my own pain.
To understand it.
To heal it.
And to discover what I’m truly capable of when I pour all that love and energy into myself.

Here’s to meeting the real me — and giving her everything she deserves. ❤️‍🩹
