Just me sharing a few things I wish every bride knew—lighting, timelines, and why your photographer should feel like a friend 🤍

These little things make such a big difference in how your day feels and how your photos turn out.

Save this for later + send it to your fiancé

If you’re still looking for a photographer, I’d love to chat!

I adored how intentional this day felt. They eloped at a courthouse, then met up with me for a quiet sunset session. It was such a peaceful, calm evening 🤍

Afterward, they grabbed dinner at one of their favorite spots—just the two of them, soaking it all in.

I love that they chose to keep it simple and truly be present with each other. Nothing over the top, just two people completely in love 🫶

Behind the Photos | La Jolla Wedding

One thing I always tell my couples is to consider doing a first look with their parents if they’re close with them.

This moment between the bride and her dad happened before the ceremony, and it ended up being one of the most emotional parts of the entire day. Everyone around them started tearing up, and it felt like time slowed down for a minute.

These quiet moments before the day gets busy always turn into some of the most meaningful photos.

If you’re close with your parents, this is one of those moments you’ll never regret doing.
