Wishing you all a fantastic Father's Day. Thank you too for your support as we remember my dad.

In it, you'll have a chance to see JJ's tribute video, Kellye's eulogy, as well as my dad's former student Steve. Alongside them is our sweet friend, Paul Donavan, who passed way suddenly less than a month after this event. Shocking and surreal, but we're so grateful to him and dedicate this video - in part - to our buddy Paul.

The photo of this impressive lady is taken near her AZ home where she helped raised 4 younger brothers, took on all those ranch duties, and studied to be a eventually become a nurse. Here, she's still a few years away from becoming my mom. You know her as Josie. Happy Mama's Day - love you very much!

The next photo is my sweet mother-in-law, Sharon. I'm privileged to call you family!

The 3rd is our dearest friend, Anita. She's basically my aunt and 'other mom'. Thank you for taking care of me since I was born!

Last but not least, an image of my honey taken 16 years ago today. Thank you for being my muse, my bride, my better half... then and now. Love you forever.

There are too many wonderful ladies in my life to name, for those of you who've had kids... happy Mother's Day! To the rest of you... happy 5-12!

As we celebrate this Easter weekend, I’m thinking of my dad. He was always so proud of us and loved to help whenever he could (like when he joined me on this brief shoot). He especially enjoyed seeing the drone in action, which is how this image was taken.

He was in the middle of his cancer journey here and actually took a spill on the mountain top. He hit pretty hard, broke his glasses, and even drew blood. Handling it like a champ, he was actually excited that he didn’t break any bones, which meant his infusions were doing their job. He found the positive in every situation.

My dad went home to be with his Creator last week. Reflecting on God’s victory over death this weekend… I’m also trying to focus on the best in my dad’s situation. It’s been the hardest month of my life, but it’s also chock-full of incredible blessings and memories that will be wtih my until my last day. Which will be a celebration like no other. Go hug your loved ones this Easter and don’t forget to set your eyes on eternal things.
