As much as I adore sharing wedding work on this here platform, that really isn’t going to be a thing anymore. Not because I am no longer shooting weddings, cause that is not the case. I actually get 99% of my work through referrals so it really won’t effect my business negatively. But because (and I think I’ve mentioned this before), I am tired of being Gabe the wedding photographer. Gabe is also a husband and a dad. He is an all around creative. He loves music, fashion, an entrepreneurship. He is loud. He loves to party and meet new people. He always has new plans up his sleeve. And he is ready to make 2022 his most creative and exciting year ever.

Thought about posting this set on Halloween but I was too busy being a dad.

I found the fabric for these hats at Hobby Lobby and just attached them myself. I especially love how the male models hat turned out. I’ve always wanted to do a shoot with a hat that had some sort of fringe but I didn’t want to do what everyone else did. These outfits were inspired by the dress .of.lore is wearing. I wanted to create some sort of mysterious 70s vibes and I will confidently say that we delivered.

I have obviously taken a big break from sharing wedding work. It does NOT mean I am done with weddings. But I am definitely down-scaling my workload. Which means that I am only taking one wedding a weekend MAX next year. And I’m pretty much cutting the amount I take in half. With that said, I am almost fully booked for weddings next year. And that is the first time I’ve ever said that cause this crazy man never used to cap out his workload. Here’s to adjusting!

There is no one on earth that I trust more than her. She knows everything about me. She knows how to love me better than anyone. She is the best mom I could ever wish my kids could have. She is forever my best friend. She is always there when I need her. She is strong, consistent, outrageously empathetic and constantly challenging herself to be better. I gloat about her constantly because I don’t understand how anyone can be some incredible. So I will keep gloating about her for as long as I live. Michelle, you are truly one of a kind.
