A post-marriage proposal? Sometimes when life is busy, we’re not always able to celebrate the way we want, when we want to. That doesn’t mean the right time won’t come along though.

This lovely couple was visiting San Diego from Michigan, when the husband reached out to me inquiring about a surprise proposal. After learning more about their story, he told me that they were already married, but he still wanted to give his wife a proper proposal and surprise her with a bridal session as well❤️

This man showed up PREPARED 📝 He secretly brought heels for her, a veil, and pearled gloves for some bridal photos after the proposal. His request for them to wear very fancy attire on a hike did seem a bit strange to her, but she still seemed surprised and very happy nonetheless. Such a sweet and memorable session for these two🫶🏼

What a lovely family session filled with lots of smiles, a special location, and some Santa hat photos for the holidays 🌲

Curtis and Chandler wanted to celebrate Nina’s 6 month milestone and grab some family photos in a meaningful spot that is close to their hearts. We started their session with some pretty Torrey Pine trees and golden light, and ended it with a vibrant sunset and low tide on the beach ❤️

Blue hour has become one of my favorite times to photograph lately🫶🏼 It’s a brief moment when the sun has gone down, people start to head home, and there’s a quiet stillness in the last bit of light left. It’s where some more cinematic shots really shine, and when couples tend to share more intimate moments as they take in the view around them.
