badvibesgoodfriends events are some of the most joyous I get to shoot in San Diego. This collaboration of MERIDIANBROTHERS and Mexican Institute of Sound celebrating their album Ruido Tovar was no exception. Going from this straight to clipping. was one of those double headers that reminds me how fun photographing bands and music can be (a reminder I definitely need from time to time). Thanks for letting me be a part of it.💖

Oh, Brick By Brick. What great memories I have here. What great people, from the staff to the bands coming through, and every friend and fan in between. I'm not even going to try to post any pictures I've taken of actual shows, there's just too many. These are all just solid hangs with the crew over the years that happened to be documented. Another space for my kinda music and people, gone for now. I hope it will lead to some new beginnings.🧱

A few of St. Vincent performing with San Diego Symphony shot from the sidewalk, just because I can't resist taking a *few* photos, even if they're nothing special and I am limited in what I can get. I love the song "Violent Times," and it was so rad to hear it with a full orchestra, as well as songs like "Los Ageless," which took on a very different and special feel with how they were arranged and conducted by Jules Buckley for these shows.🧡
