Having all of the warm and cozy feels as I talk to my family over in Buffalo, they are currently getting the most epic snowstorm.

In home shoots tend to be some of my favorites, especially with younger children. They tend to be a little more willing to be in front of the camera because they are in their comfortable and familiar space. They are playful, constant wanting to show you their favorite toy or stuff animals. It’s those small details that I feel really bring at home family sessions to the next level of feels.

I try to tell parents, don’t worry about the mess, it’s going to be a beautiful thing once it’s captured with your smiles.

Mommy + me photos tend to be some of my favorite shots from family shoots, but mommy + me photos on your wedding day, my heart just exploded!

There’s something so incredibly special about the expression caught in a mother’s eyes when she looks at her child, add the love and ALL the feels of a wedding day in top of that and special doesn’t even begin to cover it.
