Nature is therapy. 🙏🏽

It’s amazing how amazing it is when you have supportive friends and family. , my best friend and hubby planned our trip to Mammoth last week to take some pictures of the full moon as he always do for me.🙏🏽🤍
I was very excited about it but when we got there the light wasn’t the way I expected it would be. I took some pictures anyways and decided to take the experience as an experiment.
It was SO pretty to watch the colors changing and the moon setting… nature is really therapeutic.🙏🏽
When we left I was a little bummed because I didn’t really get the pic I wanted.
Well, yesterday I uploaded it to my computer and I was surprised. Definitely took some cool shots there!😁

So my lesson of the day is; Yep, believe in yourself and in your talent, you are living exactly what you are supposed to live and that’s very special. Just believe it, absorb it and learn from it.

Thoughts to myself. 💭

It’s crazy how life changes along the years and sometimes how hard it is to cope with some of these changes. It’s been a long journey with some pretty big bumps along the way. I was raised to be the best, to be seen as the best. Well , I’ll be honest with you; Since I decided to move to California to find missing pieces of my own life puzzle I jumped into this crazy roller coaster that has been a lotta fun but also very scary. Between struggles, doubts and lack of self confidence today I see myself in inertia. Definitely not feeling the best in anything and it’s okay. Facing the traumas and trying to not control things are helping me to heal. Yep feeling all that is part of the process.
There’s way less events that had always happened in my life to make me move to the next episode and that’s wonderful, although I always loved the movement of going with the flow. Until a few years ago tho. Everyday is a new day where I try to have a better understanding of myself, if it’s my ego or if it’s the real me, what are those triggers that make me question so much some situations instead of keep it simple and why sometimes I feel so lost. Oof, that’s when I take a deep breath.
I’m really, REALLY grateful for everything in my life, but it’s when the black clouds come bringing all sort of weird feelings like anxiety, fears and lack of patience that I try to find the balance of being here, now, to keep going on this path that my heart is taking me to find again the Juju I am and I’m proud of. 💛

Had such an amazing experience visiting Myanmar few years ago. I’ve been going through some “old but gold” photos on my hard drive to get more inspired to a next project and I’m loving realizing some moments. That’s what photography is about; A moment can last forever. 📷🙏🏽💛

Love, oh sweet love! You can give and receive love in so many different forms. it could be writing a letter, sending an emoji, kissing, saying it verbaly, with some gestures…Also, there are so many different kind of love. There’s the intense/hot love that can look like passion, or the sweet and gentle love, the true love, furry love, family love, friends love, self love… It's such a long list. Although love is everywhere and in every form, the true love for yourself is something that only you and a few handful other can see and feel. So today, on Brazil’s Valentine’s Day I want to say this taught me about true love. Yes... he makes me feel exactly how you see this pic, with stars in my stomach and my eyes sparkling with so much happiness. I’m grateful for having him in my life as my forever boyfriend and future husband. TEAMO . Feliz dia dos namorados!💛

Ahh o ! Você pode dar e receber amor de várias formas diferentes, pode ser escrevendo uma carta, enviando um emoji, beijando, ou dizendo verbalmente… Além disso, existem tantos tipos diferentes de amor. Existe o amor intenso/quente que pode parecer paixão, ou o amor doce e gentil, o amor verdadeiro, o amor peludo, amor de família , amor de amigos, amor próprio… É uma lista tão longa.
Embora o amor esteja em todos os lugares e em todas as formas, o verdadeiro amor por si mesmo é algo que apenas você e alguns poucos podem ver e sentir. Então, hoje, no Dia dos Namorados do Brasil, quero dizer que esse cara me ensinou sobre o amor verdadeiro. Sim... ele me faz sentir exatamente como você vê essa foto, com estrelas na barriga e os olhos brilhando de tanta felicidade. O processo.
Há 1 ano atrás eu estava em Bali e mal sabia o quanto essa viagem ia impactar a minha vida (no bom sentido). Antes da eu via limitações e após essa experiência maravilhosa eu enxergo possibilidades de evolução. Caramba! 1 ano de fluidez, de atenção a apenas ao que importa, um ano que meu processo se transformou em enxergar o melhor em mim ao invés de me criticar e sabotar. O processo é longo e constante, mas a cada etapa avançada, a gente sente na pele e na vibração do nosso corpo como é lindo essa busca pela evolução e pelo autocuidado. Sou grata por ter cruzado caminho com cada uma dessas flores na em Bali, cada uma contribuiu um tantão para o meu semear e flor.E.ser! Todos temos qualidades e defeitos, não somos iguais a ninguém e também não somos perfeitos, portanto se cada um de nós tentar ser sua melhor versão, essa vida vai fluir tão lindamente e leve que o mundo vai se tornar um lugar mais lindao ainda de se viver! Imagina só!😍

It's been a year I took this pic and since I started seeing possibilities instead of limitations in my life. Bali has always taught me how to become a better person, but the last time I visited the island was more special than I could have imagined.
