Just finished a great photo shoot for Artifex West Studio in San Diego. This project, eL Domus is in the Grant Hill neighborhood, over-looking downtown and the bay. The contemporary style is high on my list and was very happy Lars and Charlie asked me to do this project. We photographed interiors, exteriors and view shots over several trips to the site. On a side note, so many beautiful, small homes with great views, all over this Central San Diego neighborhood⁠.⁠

Promo photos for a most unusual San Diego band, Marty’s Sexual Organs, helmed by Ron and Marty- great friends of mine. We roamed El Cajon during a gloomy Saturday shooting only film- this image was on Fujichrome 400. Just saw this in my files- a great vibe for sure! ⁠ ⁠

One of many images we shot for the iconic, Grace Lutheran Senior Living Towers in Hillcrest. I was very happy that Ele Collective/GLD Housing asked me to do a shoot of all three towers for a comprehensive website after a complete renovation. As a San Diego native and an uptown resident! I've driven by these towers for years. This is the Cathedral Tower, also know as Cathedral Arms when it was built. Corner of Park & University. Beautiful, arched concrete balconies, a definite modernism tower. Designed by Flewelling & Moody, completed in 1972. ⁠

I was invited to attend a Lee Fields recording session at the Riverside, CA, Daptone studios. This the phone from the live studio that connects the recording studio down the hall, 200' or more of cables away. Pretty cool!
