They have a fun experience where you can go on a safari to see all sorts of animals roaming free in their massive enclosure.

The staff is all friendly and knowledgeable and the people there really seem to care about the animals and have a passion for what they do. I’m so excited to have my membership so I can go back and visit again and see some more amazing animals ❤️

The Safari Park is a non-profit organization and as part of the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, they work with wildlife conservation around the globe.

If you’re looking for a good cause to donate to, I’d highly recommend the Safari Park, and if you’re in the area, consider dropping by for a visit to see the animals and learn more!

They have a really cool experience where you can offer nectar to these beautiful Lorikeets, and if you’re lucky, they’ll even sit on your hand to drink it.

Sometimes, you walk by something everyday, waiting for an opportunity to capture just the right moment. You spend way too long fiddling around with your nice expensive camera to get the settings just the way you want it and you still don’t get the shot you want. You spend an hour editing a single photo to try to make it into what you were trying to portray and it doesn’t just quite make you feel what you want.

Other times, you’re walking by and you see a perfect moment, a perfect scene and you don’t have your camera on you. You grab that moment on your phone, because it’s the only camera you have, and then you spend 5 minutes editing it on your phone.

It’s funny how so much of photography isn’t about technique, skill or even equipment, it’s about timing and the environment. Technique and skill can help, but without the right subject, the right environment, or the right timing, you can only do so much.

What kind of photography do you like? Do you like hyper realistic photos with vivid colors? Or do you like more natural looking photos? Can you tell the different between phone photos and professional camera photos when you are looking at them on Instagram?
