Just two weeks before their flight from Miami to Honolulu, Alex and Kevin reached out to me with a dream: they wanted an intimate Hawaiian elopement that felt effortless, romantic, and completely centered around their love story.
With only fourteen days to plan, Chic-a-Pic stepped in to coordinate every detail.
From securing their officiant and ceremony location to arranging special experiences throughout their stay, we curated a personalized Hawaiian adventure designed just for them. We organized their sunset luau experience at Paradise Cove, scheduled snorkeling excursions at Shark's Cove, planned a romantic day date at Halona Cove, and helped coordinate the countless details that transform a trip into a once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
When they arrived in Hawaii, all they had to do was enjoy each other.
Their ceremony took place beneath majestic banyan trees in a secluded island park, surrounded by the intoxicating fragrance of plumeria blossoms and wild orchids. As tropical breezes drifted through the branches overhead, they exchanged heartfelt vows in the presence of an officiant we carefully selected for their special day.
Following the ceremony, they were welcomed to a luxury picnic experience thoughtfully styled just for them. Soft, fluffy pillows, elegant linens, a gourmet charcuterie board, the famous cream puffs from Honolulu's beloved Liliha Bakery, traditional tea leaf leis, and a chilled bottle of Dom Pérignon with peach nectar awaited beneath the shade of the trees. A guitarist serenaded the newlyweds with selections from the Sinatra songbook, creating the perfect soundtrack for their first hours as husbands.
As the sun began its descent toward the Pacific, the celebration continued aboard a private catamaran. Surrounded by an endless expanse of ocean and sky painted in gold, coral, and pink, Alex and Kevin jumped hand-in-hand into the warm Hawaiian waters, laughing and shouting "I do!" toward the horizon as the sun slipped beneath the sea.
It was romantic.
It was personal.
It was intentional.
Most importantly, it was stress-free.
