My kids’ theatre group just finished up Charlie and the Chocolate Factory a few weeks ago, and I always love character shots the most. My daughter played Mrs. Bucket, but she also choreographed and played a few other parts, including one of the squirrels that sends Veruca down the nut shoot. So much talent and strength in this girl ❤️

Recently, I had the honor and joy to capture one of my favorite families ☺️ I met Lindsey in 2022 through our kids’ theatre group, and not only is she an amazing vocal coach, but an amazing mama. Her babies mean so much to my babies and I love to witness their friendships. I am grateful for their family, and I had so much fun getting to hang out with them at the beach ❤️ Aren’t they the cutest?!

I had the privilege of taking senior portraits for our friend, Maeve, on Sunday. We met her family many years ago at my kids’ old school, and I just loved her mama instantly. I got to take her sister’s senior portraits a couple of years ago, and I’m honored I got to do Maeve’s too. She is a stunning dancer, and it was so fun incorporating that passion into her photos 😍 Barb Mulvany

Families can be hard to shoot sometimes, because, let’s face it, there’s usually at least one in the group who is participating only because they have to, like a dad or a teenager 🙃

I had the privilege of capturing some gorgeous moments with this sweet family yesterday. I have known this family for ten years now, and love them so much!

Jessica was diagnosed with ALS in June, and we are all praying for deep healing in her body. She is so special to so many people, including the youth she leads and loves at Torrey Pines Church. Would you join me in that prayer for healing?
