Business, acting, author, banner on websites, ERAS, modeling, graduation (cap and gown), Linkedin, passport, profiles and more.
I would like clients to appear on my website, social media, print, and marketing content. If you or your kids are comfortable with being in marketing, the offers are a super awesome deal for headshots. You don't need to be a model. It is actually better if you're an awkward duck! One of my best skills is helping those who don't know how to pose. Of course, models welcome too.

Please note, Chelsea V Photography will select your final images. A prep table will be available with skin blotting paper, combs, mirrors, glasses cleaner, etc.

2:00 PM - 2:45 PM
Free Session will be a mock business convention. Looking for individuals of working age (18+). Must wear professional or business causal attire. Limited to 10 individuals. Please be committed to arrive at 1:45 PM and staying up to 60 minutes at the venue. This session will be used for behind the scenes and detail photos.
You can bring a friend or family member for moral support. Please note, we will be filming, so guests should be willing to wait outside or out of sight if they don't fit the professional look. They can be background "characters" if they're over 18 and wearing professional attire. For children under 18, please message me before booking.
3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
$90 Session will be a behind the scenes studio style session. We will use the venue as a background with a variety of poses including sitting and standing. Your free digital files will be 5 headshots of Chelsea V Photography's choice. Plan to be at the venue for 30 minutes with a 10 minute photo session.
Families (up to 5 individuals) can join as one appointment. For families, the free digital files will be 1 headshot image (of Chelsea V Photography's selection) per person. For all $90 sessions, an online gallery will be provided if you would like to purchase additional digital files such as group photos or alternative poses for individuals.
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
$50 Session will be a mock conference event. Ages 4+ (must be able to follow posing instructions in a timely manner). Individual sessions.
If you'd like to add a friend/family member, you're welcome to add other individuals for $50 per person. Please book each person a separate appointment using the same link or contact me after you book. I can add them to your account and send you the invoice via email.
A call time will be assigned to you after booking. Times will be assigned in order starting at 4:30 PM until 5:30 PM. Please plan to be at the venue for 30 minutes. Your session should be under 5 minutes. You will register on a tablet when you arrive. Your name will appear on a "next up" screen when it is your turn for photos. Photos will take under 1 minute. Plan the extra time for parking, getting situated, etc.

Please dress from the toes up. I will focus on headshots, but we will be filming behind the scenes. A consent for your images/you appearing in video will be required to sign up. If you're wary about having your photos posted online or used in AI, please do not sign up.
AI sources from websites without consent to use images. Chelsea V Photography is not liable for any unauthorized 3rd party use of images.
I plan on renting out a space to make it look like a business conference. I will set up studio style backgrounds and lighting. Background color and selections will be based on marketing needs. Possible locations will be Mission (Sports Arena area), Little Italy, or Miramar.
The free digital files will be delivered as web ready files. Web ready digital files are low resolution digital files. Low resolution doesn't mean low quality. The sizing will be excellent for Linkedin or websites. If you want to print larger than a 5x7 and/or have a high resolution copy, you may purchase high resolution digital file with light retouching for $39 per digital file. All free digital files will be selected by Chelsea V Photography. For the $90 session, you will receive a gallery online and may purchase additional poses. Additional poses will be delivered in high resolution digital files with retouch for $59 per digital file.
