Fine art photography has always been the cornerstone of my creative journey. It’s where my true passion ignited from. It is a true art form.

As I reflect on my beginnings, I feel a strong pull to return back to those roots, dive deeper into the world of artistic exploration.

Like the mesmerizing textures and rich hues of black sand, I aim to uncover depths of beauty and contrast in my work. Each grain, each image, and photoshoot tells a story.

We may not have complete control in everything in life. Though we can aim our arrow in the direction of our choosing. We get to delegate the direction we navigate through. We don’t have to stay where we are standing. We can move, we can pivot, and we can alter our course.

Full moons are a powerful source and cosmic gift. This is why I intentionally always time my Sand Dune photoshoots with this lunar phase, a way to align art with the natural rhythms of the universe. This act feels like a ritual, a way of honoring the cyclical nature of existence.

Using the moonlight as a guide. The interplay of moonlight and shadows display the duality of existence—light and dark, joy and sorrow, seen and unseen. New beginnings and closures.

Some profound and powerful shifts have happened during these day retreats. They are my absolute favorite offering and experience that I get to share with women. It’s not only about capturing an image; it’s an invitation to embark on a journey of yourself.
