Have you ever wondered why you run out of energy mid workout?
If you read the above statement you are probably wondering why in the middle of a workout you might just feel like you went from 100% energy to 0% energy. More often than not this is a sign of low sodium, low magnesium, and low potassium. These three elements are the key to keeping your electrolyte balances. Without your electrolytes you won't have the energy to perform and most likely you're going to cramp. Personally I drink EVERYDAY first thing when I wake up.
Drinking this everyday not only do I make sure that I have the electrolytes in my system, but I don't need to worry about that mid cramp workout during a 400 lb squat and calling out to my wife to come save me
